Conditions of the Suppliers

Flights and Flight Travel Documents

Any discrepancy must be informed us without any delay. If you do not reach us immediately, we will not be held responsible and the respective changes may result in additional fees as applicable.

Note: the travel documents will not be shared with you on email till we get the complete payment in the mentioned funds. The travel documents will be dispatched 7 days prior to your departure date. Dispatching the documents through post or fax depends on the company’s discretion and may involve additional cost. At times, if the travel documents are misplaced or get delayed in delivery, note that you will be held responsible to pay the additional fares incurred to arrange and duplicate the copies of your documents. Delayed bookings may require special delivery services. In this case, the delivery charges will be informed while making the booking.

E-Tickets

Some airlines provide only with re-confirmation of your booking on some routes. When flying on an e-ticket route, you can be provided with a hard copy of your ticket, if requested and when authorized. The ticket will cost you certain fees i.e. £10 per ticket, which will be added to your applicable airline payment.

Airline Ticket Refunds

All airline tickets are reimbursed based on a certain administration fee of £75 per ticket, regardless of total tickets you have returned and also, you might be charged with the cancellation fees per ticket imposed by the airline or the consolidator in accordance with the terms of use.

In case, a recoverable airline ticket’s reimbursed amount is less than the mentioned charge, the ticket will be void and becomes completely non-refundable. Until we receive the refunds from the respective consolidator or the airline, your refund will not be initiated. Normally, the flight ticket refund takes around 4-5 weeks from the day of ticket consideration to the airline.

Scheduled Airline Failure Administration Fee

If you have a ticket(s) on a flight that has failed because of insolvency or has stopped flying, there are chances you may lose your money paid for your booking with us. As per the specifications of license provided by the Civil Aviation Authority to keep the customers protected, we ensure that our customers get the complete refund for loss or damage to the limit mentioned below. At times where due to an insolvent winding-up, the scheduled flight is failed: before starting the passenger’s holiday, all money paid by the passenger either as a deposit or the complete payment will be returned; or after the trip of the customer has started: the total amount of the ticket for any flights forming part of your holiday which was cancelled due to the airline failure will be reimbursed as a whole; or in case the trip is curtailed because of the airline failure: the direct return flight’s cost to the UK of same or similar class/standard will be booked as a refund of your monies paid at the during booking.

For administering both the claim or/ and repatriation of travellers, we will charge a fee of administration of the service given by us.

Note: It is not at all optional and the fee is already included in the fare of the airline ticket bought from us.

Flight Changes

The cancellation of the flight, relevant remedies and rights are handled by the terms and conditions of airline related to the carriage. As a result, you might be eligible for:

Carriage on any other flight within the same airline company without an additional charge.

Re-route to your preferred location with a different airline without additional charges

Accept the complete refund and,

Other rights or remedies.

In case of a change in the itinerary schedule before the arrival of your receipt showing the total fare, or prior to your ticket’s issue (regarding either return or outbound), we will do everything feasible to bring it to your notice on behalf of the airlines.

Departure Taxes

To add departure tax on your flight ticket every time is generally impossible. At times it should be paid by you to your country’s Government if you are departing and the same will not be refundable by us.

SECTION B: AGENCY BOOKING AND FLIGHT PLUS ARRANGEMENTS

This section is relevant for reservations we make while being an agent.

The Contract

When you book a Flight-Plus or Individual Components via us, we confirm the booking as the agent for the concerned supplier(s) like the hotel supplier or the airline company and help in a contract with the respective supplier. Note that the contract is subject to all terms and conditions of the supplier. There might be some limitations or exclusions of which the responsibilities lie to you, often with International conventions. If you wish to read a copy of the service supplier’s terms and conditions and international conventions, you can get it by requesting them in a written format. Being an agent, we hold no accountability for any additions or changes or acts or for any service offered by the supplier.

You may purchase hotels, flights, car rental services and transfer services along with other additional services from our website. We offer each component with the help of third-party travel service suppliers. When you book any travel product or avail a service via supplier, you come into contract/agreement with the supplier directly and not with us. Whereas you can customize your own travel package by listing your preference, the particular booking will not be a holiday package booking and therefore, you will not be secured under the Package Travel Regulations. Once the supplier confirms the chosen requirements, the contract formation process can be started.

Changes By You

For changes or cancellations, you are required to request us in a written format and will only be initiated after we receive it. In case you change or cancel your booking, the concerned service provider may apply alteration or cancellation charges on you, as stated in the document of terms and conditions (which can be 100% of the final fare) along with an additional fee per person which will be confirmed while making changes.

Cancellation By You

Air Ticket Refund: Mostly all airline tickets are issued after receiving the full payment while bookings are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-re-routable unless specified otherwise. With respect to any changes to a special fare ticket, there may be a few service suppliers (specifically airline carriers) who might consider a “name change” as a cancellation and may not initiate a refund. If you haven’t used your flight’s outbound portion, the airline might automatically cancel the return sector and no refund might be initiated as no refund clause exists for such past-used tickets. Usually, all the partly-used tickets are non-refundable, also if cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure time.

Other Individual Components: With respect to all Individual Components, the charges remain constant and will be levied on, except your confirmation invoice or when separate cancellation charges are written in the terms and conditions of the provider. Moreover, you may receive the complete refund according to what you have paid. In case, you have paid the deposit, the refund will be applicable for the deposit and if you have made the complete payment, you will get 100% refund of the Individual Component’s price.

We will inform you regarding the updated cancellation or change charges while processing the same.

Changes or Cancellations by the Supplier

You will be informed by us of any cancellations, changes or amendments as soon as possible. When the service provider offers any replacement for the travel arrangements or a complete refund, you will be required to inform us about your preference within the time limit to be specified. In case, you fail to do it, the supplier will assume that you want to receive the complete refund. No liability is accepted from us for any kind of changes or cancellations done to your travel arrangements by the service provider in accordance with your agreement or contract with them.

Payment

If the deposit is paid, you are expected to make complete payment by the due date of balance specified. In case, we do not receive the complete payment within the given due date, your supplier might get notified through us who may revoke the booking and apply the cancellation charges as stated in the terms and conditions of booking. Note that the payment you have made for your travel arrangement, it is held with us on their behalf.

Our responsibility for your booking

The agreement is linked to service supplier(s) and the conditions applicable. Being an agent, we are not responsible for provisions of the travel bookings. Our responsibilities are finite to processing the booking as per your preferences and instructions. Note that we do not have any responsibility for any kind of information that we pass on in good faith from our end regarding the booking. Although we are responsible under any circumstances whatsoever, our maximum responsibility is only limited to the double fare of your booking (or the right part of the total amount when not all the travellers mentioned in the booking is impacted). We do not eliminate any responsibility for cases-related to personal injury or death that come because of our or any of our employee’s carelessness while acting within their employment’s course.
