What should be the minimum Passport Validity?
In most of the situations your passport needs to be valid for minimum of another 6 months after the day you depart from your destination. In case you are travelling to USA, make sure you carry a machine-readable passport. Also please ensure to check in case visa is required for any segment of your journey.
What is the time-frame to get tickets post confirmed booking?
In span of four days from the date when your booking is confirmed, you may get your ticket. In case your departure is within seven days from the booking date, your tickets will be sent within 24 hours. A signatory is required to be available at the address where tickets are to be delivered at the time of delivery to receive mail (within UK) or courier. If by any chance signatory is not present, a delivery card will be placed there which will have the information about the venue of the local depot from where the ticket can be taken by you. To receive your mail or courier you need to carry your identification proof with you.
What is an e-ticket and what is the benefit of same?
E-tickets denotes Electronic ticket. It is a paperless ticket which confirms your reservation for the flight. It follows go green principle. The e-ticket has every information of the flight you are going to board. Airlines will also have all the details of your reservation. So, even if the ticket gets lost there is nothing to get worried about. You only need to carry a copy of reservation confirmation e-mail sent by us and a valid passport and you can move directly to Airport Check-In-Desk. Post verification and checking of the details,Airlines will issue a boarding pass to you.
Do I have to reconfirm my booking? How can I get assurance if my booking is confirmed?
As soon as you finish the booking with us by providing your credit card details, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our end. The e-mail received will have every information of the booking like: the total price of your booking and reference number. In case of any query, you can contact us and provide this reference number. With the help of the reference number your booking order is tracked, so it is important. By any chance if you do not receive confirmation e-mail, it clearly means your booking request may not have been confirmed or approved.
What is the process to make changes in my booking?
If you want any changes in your travel schedule after booking, you can immediately contact us and we will try our best to make the bookings according to your new requirements. You must give the instructions for the needed alterations in writing to us. You will also have to pay the change fee applicable. There are some travel arrangements that cannot be altered, hence this is really important to know before making any booking. Amendment of these type of arrangements can cost cancellation charge of up to 100%.
Can i get my ticket/flight cancelled? What is the process for same?
The person who did the booking can cancel the booking for the flight at any point of time. The request for cancellation should be received by us prior to the departure of the flight in writing. The ticket will get automatically cancelled, if the payment is not received by us within 72 hours of the booking. All tickets issued are mostly non-refundable and non-endorsable, unless mentioned in some cases. In booking terms and conditions section you will find the cases in which a cancellation of the ticket can take place.
How much Baggage/Cabin Baggage/Hand Baggage is allowed?
